Approach
Working as a Business Analyst on an industry placement at Datacom, I owned the engagement end to end across three phases:
- Lean Discovery: conducted stakeholder interviews and mapped current-state processes to define scope and success criteria for the AI initiative
- Requirements Documentation: produced a PRD encompassing a use case, high-level business requirements, and user stories to align stakeholders and guide the development team
- Agile Delivery & Handover: maintained the backlog, coordinated sprint ceremonies, and produced handover documentation to support the delivery team
